Joseph L. Benson II, Esq. settled a case for $500,000 involving a rear-end accident that led to a lumbar fusion back surgery involving a pharmaceutical representative. The surgery was quite involved requiring both an anterior and posterior incision.
“We were very happy with the ultimate result given our client had no real change in her MRI results before and after the accident so the arguments for exacerbation of the spinal injury were there, but so was the pre-existing condition argument. Our client had a good surgical outcome and we are very happy her residual complaints are minimal.”
Our client will be netting $350,000 in her pocket after all expenses and we feel this is a good outcome.
