Woman who suffers fall at Lake Mead Recreational Center “Lookout” Hires Joseph L. Benson, Esq. for negligent design. Upon investigation, it revealed a drop-off that is inconsistent with the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR’s)pertaining to hand-rail use, ADA com pliancy, and public notice requirements for warning paint and/or signs. The client suffered a broken ankle and a compound fracture of the tibia and tibia.
